World Water Day

World Water Day, held on March 22nd, celebrates water and raises awareness of the 2.2 billion people living without access to safe drinking water. The day focuses on taking action to address the global water crisis. The main purpose of World Water Day is to support the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal 6: ensuring availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all by 2030.

In addition to providing water purification and recycling facilities for sustainable industrial development within our operations, we also support WaterAid. WaterAid is an international organization working towards a world where everyone has access to clean water, adequate toilets, and good hygiene. Every year, WaterAid reaches millions of people in some of the world’s poorest communities, providing clean water, toilets, and hygiene education.

We do this for the environment, for the economy, and for the future!
