Solvent Recycling Solutions (SRS) is a jointly owned company between the environmental services company Ragn-Sells and the environmental technology company Vilokan Group, with the capacity to process up to 20,000 tonnes of waste-classified solvents per year. Through advanced technology, we create new products from materials that were previously considered waste.
Following commissioning, test runs, and fine-tuning of the facility during the autumn of 2025, the first shipment has now been dispatched.
The first deliveries of the recycled SRS products ethanol and acetone took place in week 50 of 2025. The products are registered with the Swedish Chemicals Agency (Kemikalieinspektionen), ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

The new production demonstrates how Swedish industry can contribute to the green transition by giving old resources new life. Through innovative solutions and advanced technology, solvents that would otherwise be lost are recycled and transformed into new raw materials with significantly lower climate impact, reducing both companies’ own environmental footprint and that of other stakeholders.
