We at Vilokan Group present our Sustainability Report for 2025. An important step in our work for a more sustainable business.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

 “It feels fantastic to be able to present another year in which we have taken our sustainability reporting further, with more concrete examples of social responsibility and further improved data quality in Scope 3. Something that makes me a little extra proud is the extensive training initiative we have made, where as many as 96% of the Group’s employees were trained in sustainable corporate governance during the year and where the majority of all managers underwent in-depth training in the work environment. We believe in driving sustainable development through participation and shared responsibility, and it feels great to see that our employees want to be part of that journey.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some highlights from this year’s sustainability work:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • In the spring of 2025, a double materiality analysis (DMA) was conducted, which laid the foundation for our sustainability strategy, which is now part of the Group’s business plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Our continued work with Scope 3 data collection has increased the data quality and given us a more detailed picture of the business’s emissions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Through our training platform Vilokan Academy, 96% of employees have been trained in sustainable corporate governance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
