In order to get a better overview of current frameworks, an increased internal commitment and the possibility to integrate sustainability work into the overall business plan, Arom-dekor Kemi<\/a> has chosen to integrate the company’s management by objectives and sustainability management into a single platform, Stratsys<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A communicative platform where we see things the same way<\/strong>
\u2013 Our hope is that the tool will help us create a systematic approach to target management and sustainability. For us, sustainability should permeate everything. This means we have to make it an integral part of our governance, objectives and strategy, <\/em>says Maria \u00c5hman, Sustainability Manager at Arom-dekor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stratsys helps us create a communicative platform where we see things the same way throughout the organisation. We believe that this will help spread information in different forums, which is important to make management by objectives accessible to all. It also makes it easier to break down strategic objectives at departmental and individual level, which we believe will contribute to increased engagement. Previously, we had a sustainability strategy and a business strategy. We now have a single sustainable business strategy for the operations. The purpose is not only to implement sustainability governance in management by objectives, but also to ensure sustainable management by objectives that can be connected to various frameworks and supported in our Sustainability Report.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sustainability Report 2022<\/strong>
\u2013 Sustainability frameworks are an important part of linking our work to the bigger picture. As we prepare our 2022 Sustainability Report, we will benefit greatly from linking our KPIs to the 2030 Agenda.
