Vilokan Technology<\/a> has been developing and producing customised solutions for the purification and recycling of water and solvents for the industrial and public sectors since 1987. There are thousands of its plants in operation around the world. They are produced using innovative technology combined with years of experience of design, commissioning and maintenance. The systems are constructed using well-tested standard components, which guarantees a high level of reliability and good access to spare parts. The companies in the Technology business area are Vilokan Recycling Tech AB<\/a> and EPCON Evaporation Technology AS<\/a>, both of which specialise in bespoke solutions. In some sectors and areas of application, however, projects have grown to such a size that it has been possible to develop scalable modular systems. These concept solutions make the process even more streamlined and offer the advantage of economies of scale in purchasing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Increasing numbers of customers are also requesting service solutions that include staffing of operations and, in some cases, financing for the entire plant. Some concepts grow so large that they need a completely separate organisation. An example of this is our concept for handling aircraft de-icing fluids (ADF) at airports. Vilokan Group set up the Solution business area for this purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our experts are constantly looking for raw materials to recycle from the process fluids. The materials that are not fed back into the customer\u2019s own production operations can be given new life as chemical products in the Fluids business area of the Vilokan Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ever-increasing prices for raw materials are making recycling more and more attractive and profitable. This has opened the door to financially interesting options where Vilokan can step in and supply solutions for the financing, operation and ownership of installations, over and above providing the purely technical aspects. The first sector the Solutions<\/em> business area turned its attention to was the aeronautical industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vilokan ADF Solutions<\/a> is completely devoted to assisting airports around the world in dealing with used deicing fluid, protecting natural assets, purifying the water and recycling the glycol. Closing the circuit and creating a profitable business with a complete technology and service package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By applying an advanced process, Vilokan ADF Solutions is able to recycle 99.9% pure glycol from the used deicing fluid. This means that the recycled glycol is ready for mixing to create new deicing fluid that can then be used directly at the airport or as a component in other glycol-based products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to the income generated through the recycling of glycol, Vilokan ADF Solutions is in a position to offer extremely attractive full service solutions to airport operators. Solutions that encompass everything from planning and project design, to construction and operation of the installation itself. And to enable the client to avoid binding capital unnecessarily, we can even set up financing solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fluids<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Production and sale of chemical products, utilisation of recycled raw materials and purified water<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The third business area in the Vilokan Group is Fluids<\/em>. This area comprises the chemical company Arom-Dekor Kemi, which makes it possible to operate a completely individual circuit within the Group, where recycled raw materials and purified water from the Group\u2019s other areas can be transformed into new products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Arom-dekor Kemi <\/a>is a leading complete supplier of AdBlue\u00ae<\/sup> and other automotive chemicals to the Nordic transport sector. The company also supplies selected chemicals to the industrial sector and the consumer market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The majority of chemical production and packaging takes place at the most modern chemical facility in Scandinavia \u2013 our own factory. Self-checking every link of the chain from production to packaging and delivery allows Arom-dekor Kemi ensure uniform high quality every step of the way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A finely developed logistics network helps provide customers with bespoke distribution solutions which often feature automatic refills of AdBlue\u00ae<\/sup>. With its own articulated lorries and tankers, as well as positioning different types of tanks and pump stations on site at the customer\u2019s premises, the company delivers the most economical solution with the lowest possible environmental impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
